A week of prizes: Win a stay at a Brooks Guest House
The final day has arrived, the final prize. But never fear there is still time to enter to win every other prize that has gone up for grabs this week. However they may all seem insignificant compared to this one, my favourite and one I wish I could win myself.
I mustn’t be greedy though as I have already visited two of Brooks Guesthouses. Brooks now have four properties, one in Bath, Bristol, Edinburgh and now a newly refurbish country house in Hereford. I have visited their guest house in Bath and in Bristol and loved both of them. Carla and her husband started this small family run group of guest houses and are determined to keep them unique and cosy, with a local feel. No big corporates around here.
They buy all their produce for their famous freshly cooked breakfasts from the local butchers and greengrocers and employ super friendly staff who help make you feel extra welcome.
The honesty bars in each guest house help make you feel even more at home, helping yourself to a glass of wine or gin and tonic from the bar and just making a note of what you have had to pay when you leave.
To make Brooks even more special in their Bristol Guest House they have 4 silver rockets on the roof for a super unique stay. These shiny silver caravans were air lifted onto the roof and are surprisingly comfortable, I even made a little video about my stay in a rocket.

The competition is open until midnight on Sunday 11th September and includes a one night stay for two in one of the Brooks Guest Houses, breakfast and a glass of wine on arrival. Travel is not included. There are four Guest Houses to choose from:

I’ve become a little tired of the blandness of staying at some of those ‘sanatised’ run of the mill hotels that all look and feel the same no matter which one you visit – half the time I forget where I am. Brooks Guest Houses maintain a certain level of charm and have that cosy feel that makes you feel like you are being treated with special attention so I loved to experience visiting one again. x

Bath is a place I have always wanted to visit. Would love to go to the original baths there and my fiance wants to go to the gin factory! Heard there are fab restaurants there too.
